Administration-II Division deals with procurement and house keeping of office automation for smooth function of the organisation.
Objectives
The main objective of the Administration-II Division is to administer the entire office in terms of achieving the set goals of the organisation within the Rules and Regulations.

- Procurement and House Keeping
- To make logistics arrangement for smooth conduct of the meetings/workshops
- To see that the Office Automation are working properly
- To provide good working conditions in other sections to achieve the goals of the organisation.
- Maintenance of Office Automation in order to keep it always in working condition
- To ensure cleanliness in the office to achieve the goal of ‘Swatch Bharat’ Abhiyan.
