S.O. 620(E). _ In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1995 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
