    Applicants are advised to fill up the online application well in advance, without waiting for the last date, to avoid the last minute hassle.     /    Applicant institutions whose applications have been submitted within the due date can take the print of their application & send hardcopy of the same to the concerned Regional Office along with necessary documents, within 15 days of the application submission.
